We really enjoy a beautiful, font-forward, simple, black and white brand kit. It can be so refreshing in a sea of bold colour and can really stand out from all the bad branding out there. The Parlour is a great example of this. The elegant simplicity of this brand package perfectly represents the hip, professional, up-scale salon.
In the case of a high-end salon, updated branding that reflects the professional(s) providing the service is really important. I mean, First Choice Hair Salons speak for themselves, they say "come in for a quick, cheap cut and leave... at least slightly disappointed." This branding on the other hand says,"sit down, set down your Prada, stay awhile, relax, you are in competent, capable hands," or at least we think so.
